Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellation of orders are strictly not allowed once payment is confirmed. We are not able to accomodate changes on special order requests/customised orders or when orders are already shipped out. If you would like to change an order, please call us at +65-96626994 or email to email@example.com.
Customers are required to check items for product defect and non-performance. Please refuse item if item is damaged. By accepting the item, customer agrees that item is sold in good condition and order.
Return and Exchange
To be eligible for exchange, items must be exchanged within 5 days of purchase on receipt. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. Failing to meet these terms and conditions will result in not being able to exchange for other items. GoldOnline Pte Ltd. reserves the right to not exchange the product at our discretion. No return is allowed once payment have been made. Special orders and engraved jewellery are final sale and are not eligible for return and exchange.
